A new look at window display.
The custom-made iron furniture and fittings allude to beautiful finds now on display at window. The fixture in the display to attract consumer eyes on seasons promotion.
Three main parts in the work:
The sketch of beginning idea, we start with a simple and clear picture from our customer. Our team try to realize the purpose and request for this product. And reply with commendation according this photo.
Prototype
As soon as we ensure the product, we make a prototype in 2 days. The product need color printing on the bottom, but we take colored paper to simulate before printing. Is’s a low cost and faster way to have the first sample.
The Second Sample
Real logo laser-cutting and bottom printing. We also take video to show every side, how the color look in different light and every detail need to confirm.
Our designer render different size to let our customer clearly know how it look and ensure which one they desire.
The Last Sample
Adjust the size according customer’s request and show the careful packaging, let our customer understand how will we care the product.
Manufacturing Process
ACRYLIC JEWELRY BOX
4″X3″ ACRYLIC BOX WITH BOTTOM PRINTING (COLOR PANTON 7507U)
We design a cube for AIGLE in Acrylic material.They are black and grooved in the middle. The function is to insert paper.
Window display case, Backpanel can be stick with art deco by different material , or print images.
For saving transport cost, we help customer design a assemble K/D structure. you just tell us what type of images be embodied back side.
This Frame can be hanging on ceiling or fix on floor.
This case is for christmas season, that customer could print seasons images on acrylic sheet.
With colorful and attracting on window, you can also put bags, shoes, or clothing on top.
